Turns out my hard drive did crash and I have thus lost years of writing, including some incredible photos, and some of the newer poems in the works. (This is my fault for not having an organized backup system in place.) Not good timing, either, since I have a featured poetry reading coming up on Wednesday, the 19th (@ Notsuoh’s – 8:30pm). The only good news out of all this is that the HD was covered in the warranty and I will be back up and running within the next couple hours. Next up, my heater has decided to stop working in favor of reducing my apartment to a simulation of an icebox for cool people. There are just some things I don’t feel great about. How ’bout you?
