Congratulations!
On behalf of Hollins University, we have been asked to inform you that the Adult Horizon Scholarship Committee has selected you as a recipient of the William Randolf Hearst Scholarship in the amount of $825.00. Recipients are chosen on their demonstrated financial need. Only a select few are chosen for this scholarship! A forman announcement will appear in the next Horizon newsletter. This scholarship is renewable each year based on your continued eligibility.
Funds from this scholarship will be added to your existing financial aid award. If this scholarship creates a credit balance on your account, you may request a refund from your account and utilize these funds for your expenses. Later, during the semester, we will ask that you write a thank-you letter to the donor of this scholarship. We will contact you again at that time.
