lightening will
knock you out of
your shoes
you will walk around
charged up
get on buses and
hold hostages and
jump from
moving vehicles
they even convinced me
I was stupid
I pencil in anything
because I am
rushed for time
I flunked
the most basic stuff
I thought I
was so damn stupid
they just wanted me
to serve them food
but I vanished
I cannot see
what the rest of the
world sees
I see something different
I reflect on
these experiences
I inherit
a world
