fw is for free write. random thoughts, everything. an exercise in writing, not in futility. waking up late like this (needed the rest), this is how I’m going to start my day. I’m in a city of the future. I saw Back to the Future (part of it) last night. I’ve always liked it.

pick up where you left off. I explained about spiritual life and how some people, though they would consider themselves spiritual, do not feel they have connection in particular with a higher power or intelligence, with God. sometimes I do. hence, mantras. and other reasons. said how meditation is good alone time. you have to do it alone. and if you’re having a bad time meditating some day, you’re at least having good alone time. which is good for . . . personal integrity, etc.

time to shower, read, chant.
